● Chicken (Can substitute with protein of choice)
● Sliced carrots
● Chopped cilantro
● Sea salt
● Black pepper
● Red chili pepper flakes
● Olive oil
Step 1: Cook pasta in boiling water to al dente. Cool down with cold water. Drain & set aside.
Step 2: Heat olive oil in large pot. Throw in and stir-fry sliced chicken & carrots for about 5 minutes.
Step 3: Toss in peas. Season everything with some sea salt, black pepper and thym to your taste. Continue cooking for another 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 4: Take pasta and toss it in the pot with everything else. Drizzle with some olive oil. Mix everything up. Turn heat down to medium-low and cover. Wait about another 5 minutes.
Step 5: Eat your awesome creation. Add some red chili pepper flakes for some heat.
