The first time Emme and I ever had Korean fried chicken was when we visited Singapore a couple of years ago for winter vacation and it was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend people to try it out especially, if you've never had it before.
Last week, we finally got to try out Bonchon in Chapel Hill. It's a casual chain restaurant that serves Korean fried chicken along other traditional and non-traditional Korean dishes. I don't want to compare the chicken to the one in Singapore, but I have to say that Emme and I both really enjoyed the food. See the pics below.
FYI, H Mart in Cary also sells some really good Korean fried chicken at the food court section of the grocery store. And our top place for Korean fried chicken is a restaurant in Raleigh called Soo Cafe. This place is amazing and we have to thank one of our foodie friends for bringing us to this place a while back. I'll put a link at the bottom.
If you have favorite food spots in the Triangle Area, please let us know. As major foodies we would love to hear about it!
