A wealthy investor and developers are considering plans for a car-free, bicycle friendly community near Boulder, Colorado.
Called Cyclocroft, the community would be developed within one square mile and have parking lots on the outer edges for cars.
The design of this project is looking to attract millennials who would like to live in an environmentally friendly community that also provides a sense of “incidental serendipity, neighborliness and culture.”
What do you think? Would you be interested in living in a car-free community like this?
